Dom has been a federal court reporter in the busy Eastern District of New York since 1997. Prior 15 years as a freelance reporter and principal, with offices on both coasts of the United States, Hong Kong, and London. Preceding 20 years, he was an official reporter in the New York State Supreme Court.
