After being stuck on the diet roller coaster for decades, Suzanne thought she was just “one of those people” that would have to live like this forever.

Her life was filled with lots of success and external accomplishments, but deep down she was living in sadness, disappointment, and feeling like she knew there was so much more to life but just didn’t know how to break the vicious cycle.

And on top of the food, body, and self-rejection prison that she felt powerless to escape from, it kept her from putting herself out there to find true love, knowing that if she didn’t find it in herself FIRST, she would never be able to full receive it from another.

Apprehensive but knowing something had to change, Suzanne booked a call with me. She wasn’t sure if anything could help her at this point, but flip flopping between being an extreme dieter to an extreme binge-eater was no longer a way she wanted to live. So she got started in Stressless Eating.

In this interview she shares her journey, her struggles, her shifts, and what enabled HER to finally forgive herself, love herself, and set herself free.
