And that's why Laura Lea and I hunkered down in Asheville for 4 days, determined not to leave until we were able to take the stress and emotion out of cooking... and help women take control of their lives by taking control of their KITCHEN!
And Stressless Cooking was born 🙂
We share some of the mindsets and beliefs to watch out for and how to become a Stressless Cook yourself, so that can remove the stress, emotion, and frustration from cooking and preparing food and take control of your life by taking control of your kitchen.
