WHAT A WEEKEND. The Sunday Sippers have completed a 48 hour hostile takeover of the Gold Coast. There has been no shortage of naratives to come from the 2 day event. Around 25 runners over the weekend between the half and full marathon has us feeling extremely grateful. Thank you to everyone who flew the Sippers flag with pride

Massive shoutout to Trek Fyshwick for sponsoring our Goldy Mara preparation this year. You can find the crew at 28 Pirie Street. From servicing to nutrition they have you covered With the arrival of our race day merch the boys are fired up and ready to head north. But it wasnt without a few hiccups to get possession of the goods in true sippers fashion. Can't wait to catch everyone on the GC

Last weekend Jack Roylance ran 100 kilometres around the harbour of Newcastle for something much bigger than himself. Our little mate pushed himself beyond his known limit to help raise awareness & funds for Beyond Blue, a mental health & well-being organisation. After being bed ridden a few days before completing this mammoth task, we knew it was going to take everything, and it did. Are we getting a little too much Sippers of old vibe??? Maybe, but we march on. Johnnys fate is still up in the air but Butzy looks to have a road map for the back end of the year Our fkn boy, Jack Roylance, is taking on 100km this Saturday down up in Newy. He's raising funds & awareness for Beyond Blue. Head to his instagram page @jackroylance to show your support. Donations can also be made via the link in our bio

Is this rock bottom? Butters hits a new low after getting dusted by Dean Aylott in parkrun on the weekend. But its not all bad news for the boys this week. Johnny turns 26, and after being considered a modern day miracle this is quite the feat for the kid. We are thrilled to annouce a partnership between the pod & Trek Fyshwick. A massive shoutout to DJ and the crew for jumping on board for our Goldy Mara prep. They'll be on the back of our racing singlets for the 6th of July showdown. Congratulations to all of the Goldy Mara Squad members who will be donning the Sippers colours in 5 weeks...

The boys are back in the nations capital for this weeks episode. We have a couple of OGs in the studio to help get us up to speed with whats been happening around town. After Billys 330 mara on debut & the panel beater himself going sub 10 at NZ, theres some serious pedigree behind the mics. Was elite to have the GOAT back behind the lens too @GussyMckendrick. This ep sits us at point 2 of our 3 point turn. Next week we'll be back charging in the right direction
