Sterling Smith of Arizona-based Loot N’Booty has been involved in high-level competition BBQ for more than a decade, also teaching and traveling the world spreading the good word of ‘Q. Now he’s sharing his knowledge in written form. On Episode 136 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Show Podcast, Sterling tells us about his new book, out this week: “The Complete Barbecue Cookbook: Expert Advice and Foolproof Recipes for BBQ Perfection.”
