DeHaven (1969 - 2019)

this episode is dedicated to the memory of arif’s bandmate, and one of his very best friends, DeHaven.

after more than twenty years of creating music together, touring the world, and sharing all of life’s milestone moments the way real families do, DeHaven was taken at the age of 49.

a huge thank you to arif for sharing DeHaven’s story with us only weeks after his death, as well as for sharing his own answer to one of death’s hardest questions, “how do i continue on without them?”
