Answering your questions. I usually do a clean install most of the time. Things like wallpapers, bookmarks and passwords I store on a separate drive. I have virgin fibre so steam games install at a blistering speed. After much hopping I’ve now settled on Nobara os it’s made by the same guy that invented Proton for Steam. I couldn’t get mint or the others I tried to play nicely with my Xbox Elite controller.
