What we’re Enjoying
Shua was very impressed with Happy Gilmore 2 and Naked Gun 2. They were very funny and surprising given how hard it is to follow up stories from decades ago. And speaking of surprising, fresh off last week’s swordfight episode, Jay checks out the new Red Sonja film with its sword-swinging, epic action.
Sci-Fi Saturdays -
This week on Sci-Fi Saturdays Jay warps into Sci-Fi Saturdays with Interstellar (2014), a journey through space, time, and family bonds, where relativity hits you harder than a black hole. Read Jay’s full breakdown on RetroZap.com. Also check out his latest work on MCULocationScout.com. Plus, you can tune in to SHIELD: Case Files where Jay and Shua talk about great stuff in the MCU.
Enjoy Your First!
It’s Jeopardy, TechnoRetro-style! Jay and Shua square off with a custom gameboard full of categories celebrating movie and song firsts. Each clue gives the first line of a film or a tune, and the hosts must guess the source. Can you outplay them? Categories include clever creations like:

Song: Taste the Rainbow
Film: Cut to the Chase
Song: Styx and Stones
Film: Dream Teens
Song: I’m A Man
Film: Aliens and Mammalians
