On July 21 1952, Tehachapi endured a 7.3 & 7.5 earthquake leveling much of the downtown area killing twelve people and many more were injured. Jon Hammond local reporter and writer has interviewed numerous people who lived through the 52 quake. He tells some of the stories including memories from family members. Jon has an incredible style and way he tells a story.
