About Erica Ballard:

I thought I knew what healthy was. I followed the healthy food trends. I picked working out oversleep. And, for God sakes, I worked in the health care industry for nearly a decade.

So yea, I thought I knew what “healthy” was. But on my own health journey, I realized I was wrong. I didn’t know what “healthy” was it was, and I definitely didn’t know how it felt.

Like you, I was sold the lies that healthy living is about numbers – number of workouts, numbers on the scale, and number of calories in a meal. But it’s not. Healthy living is about taking care of your unique body and mind.

And that realization, well, it changed my life. Today, I listen to what my body needs and I give it what it wants.

Now, look, getting here wasn’t easy at first. But I figured it out. And now, I have a healthy rhythm that fits effortlessly into my life despite my busy schedule.

And that’s what I want to help others do. I want to help them figure out how to fit health into their life despite their calendar full of meetings. It’s why I started my business. I want to help you ditch the diets. I want to help you gain control over your food choices. Because I want to help do, feel, and look better.

I want to help you become the best version of yourself. Because I know what eating healthy foods can do for you. For your performance. For your life. I have seen how taking care of yourself changes your outlook and your output. Because I truly believe when you’re at your best, that big vision of yours is possible.

That's why I work with people who are ready to make a serious life change. Because I have the tools they need gain control over their choice, boost their energy, and enhance their performance. And I want to share them.
