The Alan Sanders Show
Our show opens with news that a new Pope has been selected. At the time I was live, they had not yet announced the name, but I am sure we will discuss that in-depth tomorrow. I spend a good amount of time on a hearing with USA Fencing as well as a one on continued problems with anti-Semitism on campus. In fact, just as these hearings were taking place, over 100 pro-Hamas cosplaying terrorist wanna-be’s stormed the library on Columbia’s campus. However, this time, at least 80 were arrested and Secretary of State Marco Rubio promises to revoke foreign visas where applicable. This gets me to...

Our episode is a little longer today because it is a bit of a hybrid thanks to a live audience show I did the night before. I use the first 45-50 minutes to bring my normal show to you but then transition to a replay of the live event hosted by Americans for Prosperity in NW Georgia. To start, there is great news of a cease fire with the Houthis and a re-opening of the Red Sea shipping lanes. We now have word the owner of the vehicle that was stopped by the Tennessee Highway Patrol with Kilmar Abrego Garcia driving and filled with people, says he paid Garcia several times to run people into...

We open with news of some American manufactures finding themselves inundated with orders thanks to companies not wanting to do business with China while tariffs are so high. In 2017 a radical Leftist supporter of Bernie Sanders wanted to assassinated Republicans on a ball field. We are only just now finding out how botched and politicized the FBI report on the incident was. Katherine Maher, CEO of NPR, believes government needs to be out of their business. How right she is! We then illustrate throughout the rest of the show how the Left will always say whatever is politically expedient,...

India has now come forward with a zero tariffs off on auto parts, steel and pharmaceuticals. We then spend time with the NBC News interview of Donald Trump on Meet the Press with Kristen Welker. It adds a backdrop to show how mentally agile Trump is and how negative and slanted the Legacy/mainstream...

We open with the April jobs numbers and they turn out to be much better than expected. On top of that, we hear holiday orders are starting to be made and China may be starting to crack already. Polling on CNN still shows Trump in a commanding lead over Democrats across issues affecting the country. Thanks to the information gathered by Laura Loomer about the husband of the judge who thinks CBP needs to get warrants before arresting an illegal, he has deleted his social media posts. Along the same topic, the wife of Kilgare Abrego Garcia has audio where she is telling a judge about the many...

We open with breaking news that both National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and Deputy Advisor Alex Wong have resigned. I remind the audience about what I said when Signalgate first happened. We then dive into more topics related to immigration, deportation, conflicts of interest with judges and more. Then we show how the WSJ ran with a rumor piece, even after they were told it wasn’t true. Next up, we dissect Rep. Shri Thanedar (D-MI) who has filed seven articles of impeachment against President Trump. After making a mockery of each of them, I tell you what the real purpose is his stunt. Even...

The show follows a little different in light of President Trump hitting his first 100 days in office. I decided to use just one interview as the main through-line of the episode and intersperse other related news items, sound bites and comments along the way. I also felt I need some time to just talk without slogging through one news story after the other. I share how my wife do a weekly show called, “The Marriage Fit Podcast.” I also discuss how we continuously set a high-bar for our kids and how I believe Donald Trump is trying to do that for our country and, in turn, the rest of the...

We open with a statement from Spain that seems to point to a failure of their green tech on the solar side that led to the catastrophic shutdown of their entire power grid. In Canada, they have decided to elect the liberal Mark Carney who believes they can continue on the world economic stage without being a partner with the United States. Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) claims everything is up under Trump’s first 100 days, but that seems to be more about wishful thinking rather than reality. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was asked about Amazon’s decision to add a “tariff”...

We open with yet another example of how the Legacy/mainstream media coordinates their narratives and talking points. It is all propaganda and spin. As we have gone through the weekend, Leftists are now shifting slightly on the arrest of the judges, admitting they broke the law, but they didn’t like how it was done so publicly. In the meantime, the Gov. Tony Evers (D-WI) put out a memo to all state employees, telling them to basically defy ICE. At a White House press briefing, the ongoing discussions over immigration and deportation were non-stop. Border Czar Tom Homan fielded several...
info_outlineToday’s show opens we me plotting out when the four different court cases are planned to take place in 2024 and how they are all around the most important primary election dates. It is not a coincidence and continues to show how coordinate these actions are in interfering with the 2024 Presidential election cycle.
And, as a reminder of all of the supposed coincidence, I plot out the timeline of when bad news was released regarding the Biden Crime Family and the indictments against Donald Trump that immediately followed. There is no way to look at the coordination and not see the real conspiracy is within the Biden regime.
Speaking of conspiracy, let’s remember what Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz says to his students – the easiest cases to get convictions are RICO and conspiracy, but those are the also the ones most likely to be overturned on appeal. They don’t care if they lose on appeal. It’s all about getting just one charge to stick and they have accomplished their mission.
We should look now at the huge Fani Willis indictment and what she said at her press conference. She said that while no single action documented in the indictment is criminal, taken as a whole, they point to a criminal enterprise. That’s the whole basis for the concept behind prosecutors using racketeering statutes. To get the kingpin of an organized crime family, you have show a volume of criminal enterprises surrounding that person. Most kingpins won’t have their fingerprints on anything. So, you prove guilt because everyone around that person has committed a crime.
Here’s the problem. RICO statues require crimes to have been committed. Generally you get a lot of lower level members of the crime organization, but then you work your way closer to the center. But, every charges in RICO is an actual stand-alone crime. DA Fani Willis admits, none of the individual actions in the indictment constitute a crime. She just wants us to believe that by documenting so many, there must be a crime there. However, that’s not how it’s supposed to work.
In fact, with that in mind, there is a Georgia statute on the books regarding malicious prosecution. I believe, when laid out as I have in today’s show, Trump and the others listed in the huge Fani Willis indictment can show they have been harmed by this malicious prosecution.
Moving on to a few other subjects, Mark Meadows, Trump’s former Chief of Staff is set to remind DA Fani Willis that there is a supremacy clause to our Constitutional government. Since he was acting as a member of the federal government, the charges need to be move to a federal court, not a local courtroom in Fulton County, GA.
In a massive breaking story, it seems Joe Biden tried hiding some of his criminal malfeasance when he was the Vice President by creating several pseudonyms. According to a letter released by Rep. James Comer (R-KY) to the National Archives, his committee wants unredacted copies of correspondence to include several of those alternate IDs for Joe Biden, to include Robert L. Peters, Robin Ware and JRB Ware. Let’s see what reaction this causes over the next few days.
And finally, we just passed the one-year anniversary of the passing of the Inflation Reduction Act and it is proving to be the economic killing instrument I predicted. Plus, as I also warned, it was always meant to be the Green New Deal in disguise. Now Democrats are basically admitting that was their intention all along. As Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) says, “Bidenomics means bigger government, more spending and higher prices.” Based on where we are today as average Americans, it’s even worse than that.
