The Ashleigh Merchant/Terrence Bradley texts; then, SCOTUS decision makes Leftists meltdown show art The Ashleigh Merchant/Terrence Bradley texts; then, SCOTUS decision makes Leftists meltdown

The Alan Sanders Show

Today’s show opens with a peek behind the curtains of all the conversations that took place between Ashleigh Merchant, attorney for the defense, and Terrence Bradley the friend and former law partner with and divorce lawyer for Nathan Wade. After dealing with his traumatic brain injury act on the stand yesterday, it is quite revealing to go though over three months of back-and-forth text messages discusses so many facets and facts about the case. I think it shows that Terrence Bradley was cooperating with Merchant and was even offering help, suggestions and support. Something happened behind...

The Alan Sanders Show

Today opens with the breaking announcement that Republican Senate Minority Leader Mitch “The Turtle” McConnell is going to step down from his leadership role in November. He’s not leaving the Senate. He just doesn’t want the title of “leader” any longer. Next we have another installment of The Big Fani Willis Reality TV Show. This episode can be called, “Terrance Bradley – Traumatic Brain Injury.” Yesterday on the stand, after being told he can no longer claim privilege, Bradley developed the strangest memory and recall problems, even when confronted with texts and messages....

The Alan Sanders Show

The first half of today’s show dives into yet another crazy episode of The Big Fani Willis Reality TV Show. Late yesterday, we found out the judge who spent the last week and a half mulling over attorney-client privilege options available to Terrance Bradley, has decided it does not exist in this case. There is too much evidence to show the knowledge Bradley would have gained did not come while he was acting as Nathan Wade’s attorney. We do not yet know if the cell phone affidavit is going to be allowed. We do know that the Fani Willis team of lawyers issued a response, calling for every...

The Alan Sanders Show

Today’s show opens with me sharing my weekend trip to Providence Canyon State Park in SW Georgia. This also leads to me telling newer members of the listening audience about why I call myself a Constitutionalist and why I do what I do each and every day behind the microphone. My opening topic deals with the death of a UGA college student who was bludgeoned to death at the hands of a known, repeat criminal illegal immigrant. ICE was aware of him. New York was aware of him. And the state of Georgia was aware. Yet, he was repeatedly released back into society to commit more crime and this time...

The Alan Sanders Show

Today is Friday and our tradition of late is to open the show, after giving my weekly shout-outs and thank-yous, with Tara Bulls Top 10 News Items the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn’t tell you about this week. I’m glad we close the week with that because I always have items in my stack that I cannot get to, and it’s nice to go through a list of items for news stories I didn’t get a chance to discuss. The next topic comes from a comment made from an Award-winning journalist who currently works for Politico. Heidi Przybyla was on MSNBC and said that the one item linking all of the...

Filling-in on The Erick Erickson Show - 02/22/2024 show art Filling-in on The Erick Erickson Show - 02/22/2024

The Alan Sanders Show

Today's episode is from me filling in on the nationally syndicated Erick Erickson Show. Some of the material may be familiar for daily listeners, but whenever I get the chance to be on a nationwide platform, I err on the side of catching that audience up with what I've been saying on my own show. I opened with the AT&T cell phone outage and how it reduced us back to the early 90's when most of us didn't have cell phones. Was it a reminder of how dependent we have become on their use? And what about preparedness for a bigger or longer-lasting emergency?  From there I move into the...

More on the Big Fani Willis Hearing and NYC fraud, Papadopoulos sting, Russiagate 2 and country first show art More on the Big Fani Willis Hearing and NYC fraud, Papadopoulos sting, Russiagate 2 and country first

The Alan Sanders Show

Today opens with more reflection and discussion about the Big Fani Willis Evidentiary Hearing. Today, I reached out to a good friend and a WSB Legal Analyst to answer a few questions and provide his thoughts on the case thus far. It’s a great reflection on the facts of the case and the problems Fani is likely facing if the Judge is true to the law. This leads to more discussion about the NYC fraud case against Donald Trump. It seems AG Letitia James and Judge Engoron, Frankenstein’s monster, were aware of how much liquid cash Donald Trump had available and purposely imposed fines far...

The Alan Sanders Show

Today opens with a little more talk and analysis of the Big Fani Willis Evidentiary Hearing, including some thoughts from Harvard professor and long-time Constitutional scholar and attorney, Alan Dershowitz. He already believes Nathan Wade committed perjury on the stand and says it’s reasonable to also conclude Fani Willis did as well. What he added, interestingly, is when their team decided to go on the “all cash” defense, he said it immediately shifts the burden on them to prove that. Needless to say, they have yet to be able to come up with a shred of proof that Fani Willis paid...

Daddy and Bradley and Barnes, Oh, my! Plus Frankenstein's monster on real-estate and Hochul on lawfare show art Daddy and Bradley and Barnes, Oh, my! Plus Frankenstein's monster on real-estate and Hochul on lawfare

The Alan Sanders Show

Today’s show spends the majority of the time on the Big Fani Willis Evidentiary Hearing day two. It was the prosecutions turn to show Fani in a favorable light and even closed on Thursday with comments to the court that she would be back. However, as I mentioned on Friday’s show, they decided, perhaps after realizing what a disaster it was, to not bring her back to the stand. To help paint the picture that Fani Willis did nothing wrong, I will focus on three key witnesses from Friday and how each one ended up doing more damage to Fani Willis that the last. First we start with former...

Top 10, retail sales drop, Goldman on immigration, lawfare, cooked intel and the Big Fani Willis hearing show art Top 10, retail sales drop, Goldman on immigration, lawfare, cooked intel and the Big Fani Willis hearing

The Alan Sanders Show

Our Friday show once again opens with Tara Bull’s Top 10 News Stories you probably didn’t hear about on the Legacy/mainstream media. The retail price drop in January was significantly worse than expected. Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) made a fool of himself once again when questioning a long-standing immigration judge testifying before the Oversight Committee. It seems Speaker Mike Johnson’s struggle to release the rest of the J6 videos is due to interference from Senate Minority Leader Mitch “The Turtle” McConnell. The CIA has been caught having “cooked the intelligence” to make it...

More Episodes

Today’s show opens with another example of me never getting tired of being right. I suggested on yesterday’s show that Liz Magill, President of the University of Pennsylvania didn’t have a change of heart because she realized how wrong she was to not acknowledge calls for genocide against Jews was against their code of conduct. Instead, I stated that the only reason she was apologizing was due to one or more alums pulling their annual gifts to the college. My show wasn’t even 24 hours old when the word hit that $100 million was being pulled away from the college.

It also looks like Penn is being sued on behalf of some students who were, in fact, harassed and bullies. And, we found another professor on the staff of UPenn who stated her pro-Hamas/anti-Israel beliefs.

On top of that, I found a piece written in the Harvard Crimson where their president, Claudine Gay, expressed her deepest apologies for how she came across during Tuesday’s testimony before Congress. The reality is, we know why they could not answer the question because if they admitted the anti-Semitic behaviors were against their code of conduct, the next question would be why they didn’t do anything about it. This is the catch-22 of their own making.

Next, we move to my friend Tara’s weekly Top 10 News Items you probably didn’t hear on your Legacy/mainstream media. One of those items, 9 new Hunter Biden indictments, is what we jump into next.

Seems US Attorney David Weiss has filed 9 significant charges against Hunter in the state of California. I take time to breakdown just how much Hunter spent during a 3-year period and how he claimed to his ex-wife and child that he had no money. Joe Biden calls Hunter “the smartest man he knows” and yet this guy is as dumb as a box of rocks and two scoops of dirt. Mollie Hemingway, Editor-in-Chief at the Federalist made some additional observations and even included a friendly tip for Hunter, notably, don’t admit to criminality in your memoirs before the statue of limitations has run out.

We then discuss a letter Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) sent to Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) about destroying all the evidence they collected, yet found a letter indicating they gave much of that evidence to Fani Willis in Fulton County, GA for her racketeering indictments. On top of that, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) sent a letter to Fani Willis indicating his committee wants to see all of the collusion and documents shared between her, the J6 Committee, Special Prosecutor Jack Smith’s office and the White House. The timing and collusion of all this reminded me of something former Speaker Newt Gingrich said back when the big Fani Willis indictments were announced.

Finally, we close with two sillier news items. The first, according to a new law in California, if a retailer doesn’t have a gender-neutral toy aisle, they will be fined $500. I have a solution for them and I think it’s worth implementing state-wide. Second, remember when Kevin McCallister went to the grocery store in Home Alone? In 1990, his groceries cost $19.83. Today, those exact same items would run $72.28. Thanks, Bidenomics for making Christmas so special.
