Pro-terrorists at Columbia and the Marxist rot of the Ivory Tower, plus NYC trial and Kamala trolled over pot show art Pro-terrorists at Columbia and the Marxist rot of the Ivory Tower, plus NYC trial and Kamala trolled over pot

The Alan Sanders Show

On today’s show, I first open with a shout-out for today being the birthday of William Shakespeare. Because of that, I spend a few minutes discussing how I came to love and admire his work and how it led to choosing (in part) the theme I use for my show – Limelight, by RUSH. Today’s show is almost entirely focused on the issues continuing to blow up on campuses around our country, specifically Columbia University in New York. The hate and anti-American, anti-Semite vitriol is as shocking to hear as is the pro-Hamas/pro-terrorism chants from these students and faculty. Once again, they...

"Of, by and for" the people, IC's are too powerful, Niger falls, Cohen intimidates, Joe's Sheetz and Noem rocks

The Alan Sanders Show

On today’s show, I open with a concept that I think we all succumb to and that’s expecting perfection from our elected representatives. Worse, our politicians know that any flaw of theirs is an opening for the Legacy/mainstream media to use as cudgel to go after them. It’s so strange that we are supposed to be a government “of, by and for” the people and yet we want to immediately crucify anyone who acts like a normal person with normal flaws and inadequacies. I spend a good bit of time laying the groundwork for my opening subject, which is the sudden policy shift of Speaker Mike...

Tara's Top 10, Iran sympathizers, Title IX, juror selection and Tossin with Toobin show art Tara's Top 10, Iran sympathizers, Title IX, juror selection and Tossin with Toobin

The Alan Sanders Show

On today’s show, we open as we usually do, with Tara Bull’s Top 10 News Stories the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn’t tell you this week. It’s a great way to pickup on several news items all at once before diving into the rest of the content. The breaking story today, continuing to affirm my belief that our government is wholly operating as a Marxist Authoritarian regime, is the release of the changes Biden wants to make to Title IX. For those those may not know, Title IX was enacted to make sure women had equal access to sports and sporting activities on college campuses. Today,...

Schumer and Dems put a nail in the Constitution, Mayokas and the border and J6 National Guard whistleblowers show art Schumer and Dems put a nail in the Constitution, Mayokas and the border and J6 National Guard whistleblowers

The Alan Sanders Show

On today’s show, I have come to the painful conclusion that we are no longer a Constitutional Republic. This is not hyperbole. And this is not to say we cannot get back. But, the reality is, as of now, we are no longer have a government of, by and for the people. They believe they are in the ruling class and therefore they have dominion over the people. I come to this after the Senate decided to flagrantly ignore the Constitution and dismiss the article of impeachment that the House of Representatives brought on DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) spent time questioning...

Post modernism is how many confuse facts for beliefs and truth as something subjective versus objective show art Post modernism is how many confuse facts for beliefs and truth as something subjective versus objective

The Alan Sanders Show

On today’s show, we approach the news of the day through the prism of today’s post modernism. I chose to go this route because of the first story today and that is the resignation of Uri Berliner from NPR in the face of the attacks her received from NPR’s new CEO Katherine Maher. To show Berliner’s comments were right on the nose about NPR and the vast majority of the Legacy/mainstream media, we only have to look a handful of comments Maher made over the last year or so. In an interview with the Atlantic Council, Maher says, as the CEO of Wikipedia, she “took a very active approach...

4th Amendment is done, Bragg's make-believe law, NGO tells illegals to vote Biden and propaganda media meltdown show art 4th Amendment is done, Bragg's make-believe law, NGO tells illegals to vote Biden and propaganda media meltdown

The Alan Sanders Show

Today’s show opens with House Leadership motioning to table Rep. Anna Paulina Luna’s (R-FL) motion for a re-vote. In essence, this killed the attempt to ask for a vote to add the 4th Amendment reminder to the FISA re-authorization bill. So much for the Bill of Rights. Of course, Congress carved out their exception for themselves. This leads to AG Alvin Bragg who has invented a new law and found a judge who is okay using that make-believe law in an effort to go after Donald Trump. It’s great to have laws, but when those in power refuse to enforce the laws, what is our recourse? And worse,...

The Alan Sanders Show

It’s tax day here in the United States. So, I take a moment to rant about our current income tax structure, the IRS and how lawmakers use the tax code to control people. On that note, Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY) reveals the IRS is already using AI to scan bank accounts of US citizens. They are already ignoring the 4th Amendment. Speaking of the right we are supposed to have against illegal searches and seizures and that any legal search must require a specific warrant, FISA reauthorization was being voted on this past Friday. Apparently, half of the House of Representatives didn’t want to...

The Alan Sanders Show

After my Friday thank-you’s and shout-outs, we dive into the first topic of the day. We love turning our attention to Tara Bull and her Top 10 list of subjects the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn’t tell you about in the past week. So many of you have reached out to tell me how much you enjoy that, so make sure you follow her today. Victor Davis Hanson recently penned a piece called, “Is the Great Illusion in Ruins?” It goes along with what we’ve been documenting through the Biden regime. All of the levers of our current society and our country have been overwhelmed to the point...

Inflation, corruption, malfeasance, pedophilia, book banning and Biden v Trump live show art Inflation, corruption, malfeasance, pedophilia, book banning and Biden v Trump live

The Alan Sanders Show

On today’s show, I first open with the inflation rates of the four years of Donald Trump as compared with Joe Biden. It’s not even close. Prices have skyrocketed under Biden, with no sign of getting better anytime soon. We then move to a question Rep. Michael Cloud (R-TX) of Texas poses to the walking male member with eyebrows, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. It’s really simple question, given both Biden and Mayorkas keep saying they cannot fix the border without Congress. Cloud asks if he or Biden had any of their authority removed by Congress? Mayorkas refuses to answer, knowing...

They keep the label They keep the label "Democrat," but it has long since stopped meaning democracy

The Alan Sanders Show

Hey, everyone, I’m back! Today’s show circles around one fundamental concept – does the Democrat party still represent the fundamentals of democracy. I know we are not a true “democracy,” but at it’s core, a democracy does believe everyone in society has a voice or a vote. Do you think the current Democrat party believes that? First, I do recap my and my wife’s recent trip to New Orleans and then San Antonio, capping off with our race to find enough blue sky to witness the full solar eclipse. And, it was truly a race! Then we dive into today’s announced CPI and 3.5% inflation...

Today’s show spends the majority of the time on the Big Fani Willis Evidentiary Hearing day two. It was the prosecutions turn to show Fani in a favorable light and even closed on Thursday with comments to the court that she would be back. However, as I mentioned on Friday’s show, they decided, perhaps after realizing what a disaster it was, to not bring her back to the stand.

To help paint the picture that Fani Willis did nothing wrong, I will focus on three key witnesses from Friday and how each one ended up doing more damage to Fani Willis that the last.

First we start with former Governor of Georgia, Roy Barnes. The point of his testimony was to show the judge that Willis didn’t just give the case to Nathan Wade. He testified that she offered him the chance to be a special counsel against Donald Trump. The problem is Barnes mentioned that Nathan Wade just happened to be at that very meeting. If Wade was not yet involved in the Trump case and there was not relationship yet between Willis and him, why was he there?

Next, they brought her daddy to the stand. He had a bigger job. He had to give credible reasons why Fani Willis would not sleep at her own home at night, why she kept stacks of cash hidden all around the house and how he knew everything about her personal life, yet only heard about her and Wade romantic relationship 7 weeks ago. Similar to Barnes, her daddy made things much worse for her when he finished, including admitting she kept Wade secret from him.

Finally, they put Terrance Bradley back on the stand, a former law partner with Wade and represented Wade during his divorce. It became apparent to everyone, including Bradley, that Willis’s attorneys were out to publicly ruin him, perhaps as a means of discrediting him. Unfortunately, Anna Cross, in her cross-examination, accidentally got him to talk about his personal friendship with Wade and recounted personal stories and events. This led to the Defense stating that they were told they couldn’t ask those questions due to privilege, but now it should be fair game.

After all, Ashleigh Merchant earlier wanted to introduce messages she had between herself and Bradley affirming the details he filed that led to the evidentiary hearing. The judge denied allowing it. But, at the end of the day, the judge literally said he was going to revisit that topic off-camera and in private to see if what had been previously denied should now be considered as part of the case for the defense.

The last subject we dive into is the ruling from NYC from Judge Engoron that the Trump Corporation would be fined $355 million dollars for committing an act of fraud. Engoron stated that Mar-a-Lago was only worth $18 million dollars and thus Trump lied by overstating it’s value for collateral on a loan. The problem Engoron, and by extension, DA Letitia James, will have is seeing a similar property, but three times smaller that Mar-a-Lago, just listed in Florida for nearly $300 million. It’s going to be one of the easiest cases turned over on appeal.

Finally, Governor Kathy Hochul (D-NY) really stepped in it when she appeared on a news program. A caller asked if this could happen to Donald Trump, wouldn’t it happen to any other real-estate investor? She said no because this case was only about Trump. So much for this not being politically motivated!
