Tara's Top 10, restaurant apocalypse, the joy of lawfare and the coming buzz kill, mass amnesty, Fauci and Hunter

Today’s show open’s with Tara Bull’s Top 10 News items you likely didn’t see much of last week on Legacy/mainstream media. I wasn’t able to get it in time for Friday’s show, so I wanted to be sure to bring it to you at the start of this week.

There are more worries about the coming restaurant apocalypse, which is always the sign of a failing economy. To me, this ties into awful numbers over the Memorial Day weekend box office numbers. People just don’t have enough disposable income anymore.

On the heels of the Trump conviction, it seems the Biden-Harris regime no longer tries hiding their lawfare. Michael Tyler, a campaign spokesman told Fox News that the president considers Trump a “threat” and so Biden will “end that threat once and for all.” VP Kamala Harris put out a video where she said, “Joe and I are doing everything we can to protect our freedoms and keep Donald Trump away from the White House.” CNN Legal Analyst Norm Eisen, former Obama Administration official and architect of the lawfare cases against Trump says Merchan needs to sentence trump to jail time. But, in his zeal, he also admitted that the case proved Trump broke Federal election laws. Oops. A state court cannot hear a federal case.

To that counter point, ABC News’s chief legal analyst said, “There’s some real appellate issues here that are serious questions...why didn’t the defense even know what the charge was that they were going to be applying – what law?” Journalist Bryon York reveals how Judge Merchan is in violation of his judgeship by having donated to both Biden directly and to other anti-Trump entities. And Law Professor Jonathan Turley told all those celebrating that he has some serious issues and that will be a buzz kill to those reveling in the destruction of the rule of law in order to get Donald Trump.

And it is not just about Trump. A 75 year old woman had additional charges fabricated to send her away for two years for pray outside of an abortion clinic. J6’ers are awaiting the SCOTUS opinion on the DOJ using 18 USC 1512 (c)(2) to artificially increase the sentences of those convicted.

With the Trump smoke screen taking up all of the news cycles, Biden has not only authorized Ukraine to use US munitions in Russia, they just quietly dismissed 350,000 asylum cases, thereby allowing those illegal migrants to stay here under blanket amnesty. The White House also just admitted to altering the Joe Biden transcript with Special Counsel Robert Hur to make him look less incompetent. On top of that, AG Merrick Garland has just classified the audio recording, making it Top Secret and hidden inside a SCIF.

There are a few things getting underway this week that I’ll be watching. Dr. Anthony Fauci is going to get grilled before the House, AG Andrew Bailey from Missouri is opening his argument against the Biden policy of student debt forgiveness and the Hunter Biden gun trial is starting to pick jurors. On top of that, Politico just did a survey of the current SCOTUS decisions and you’ll be surprised to note, it should not be described as a 6-3 court, but rather a 3-3-3 court.
