D-Day anniversary, welcome to the nation of lawfare, a fake bill and Ronald Reagan

On today’s show we open with the recognition that today is the 80^th anniversary of D-Day. Today, Joe Biden once again embarrassed our nation by his shuffle, his awkward moment of half-squatting for several seconds, his cringy speech and then he completely ignored shaking hands with any of the WWII veterans assembled, instead being led out by the hand by his wife. 

Prior to the event, Biden did get asked to clarify the change of position of allowing Ukraine to use US weapons inside of Russia. Biden confirmed that policy shift, but added, so long as they were not being used to attack Moscow. While commemorating D-Day, an event to bring an end to WWII, he is continuing to inch us toward WWIII! 

With all we are witnessing in the current state of our nation, I decided to reflect on thoughts by Victor Davis Hanson about whether or not we are entering a perpetual state of lawfare? Is that what the Left really wants as our new norm? 

With that in mind, I tackle and handful of news stories and how they provide a pretty clear indication, that while the Left had to manufacture or significantly embellish anything Trump did, there is ample and evidence that the Left committed far more real and egregious crimes.

To test AG Garland to see if he really thinks he is apolitical and non-partisan, he has been given a golden opportunity. Three different committees have all sent Garland requests to go after Hunter Biden and Jim Biden for perjuring themselves in front of Congress. Let’s see just how “unbiased” Garland really is. 

Former CIA Director John Brennan thinks Trump should not receive any national security briefings now that he is a “convicted felon.” This should give Trump’s team an immediate fast-track to the Supreme Court. Remember, Brennan was part of the 51 spies who lied. In fact, Kash Patel also reminds us that AG Bill Barr new the Biden laptop was real and never once tried to correct the false narrative while he was supposedly serving under Donald Trump.

In light of the Hunter Biden laptop being admitted as real and not tampered with in his current gun trial, I play a few minutes of the news coverage telling us the laptop was Russian disinformation. Without a full culling of those who conspired to hide the truth and then lie to the American people, we will never be able to fully restore our faith in the FBI, the CIA, the DOJ and the Legacy/mainstream media. 

Former Deputy Director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe, was whining on CNN about Trump coming after people if he wins the White House. What he was really saying can be more easily translated as, “We came after him with everything we could, including making up the vast majority of the "crimes" and we still couldn't take him out and now we are worried he will come after us for our actual abuses of the rule of law.”

We wind down with the Democrats latest ploy to shift the subject by trying to say the GOP doesn’t want Americans to have a right to contraception. They buried things in the bill they new would never pass muster just to gain a cheap talking point in an effort to help Joe Biden. 

Finally, we remember the right way to honor the veterans of WWII by going back to 1984 and Ronald Reagan. There is a marked difference between the tones and the deliveries of Reagan versus Biden.
