Currently, Quinnetta serves as a nn Corporate Performance Improvement Group spearheading enterprise-wide projects focused on operational initiatives such as Behavioral Health Utilization Review Centralization, Operating Room Zone Scheduling, and Centralized Patient Placement. Prior to her transition back to HCA Corporate, Quinnetta served as the Assistant Vice President of Business Operations for the HCA Gulf Coast Division, and the Associate Chief Operating Officer (ACOO) and Ethics and Compliance Officer (ECO) at East Houston Regional Medical Center (EHRMC) and Bayshore Medical Center (BMC). As ACOO and ECO at EHRMC and BMC, Quinnetta experienced the unprecedented challenges and after-effects of Hurricane Harvey in 2017. Immediately after Hurricane Harvey, Quinnetta developed a remediation action plan pinpointing more than $4.5M in cost savings opportunities during EHRMC’s inoperability through strategies around equipment distribution, vendor contracts, and facility security. Quinnetta also served as both the Performance Improvement Manager and Director during a 4.5 year stint with the HCA Corporate Performance Improvement Group. During those 4.5 years, she conducted performance improvement and clinical excellence engagements at over 25 facilities and 9 divisions throughout the HCA Enterprise.
In addition, Quinnetta is the CEO & Founder of Q. Clay Strategies & Solutions. As CEO of Q. Clay Strategies & Solutions, Quinnetta serves as an executive coach and business strategist to early/mid-careerists, executives, entrepreneurs and more. Q. Clay Strategies & Solutions has served over 65 clients and entities representing 15+ industries and presented to over 1,000 professionals and students representing national organizations such as the National Charity League, the National Association of Health Service Executives and the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives. In 2020, Quinnetta also published an eGuide entitled “Revising Your Resume on Your Own: 5 Effective Strategies For Any Industry (The Modern Day Professional’s E-Guide)” available on Amazon. Quinnetta obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa and a Master of Health Administration degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
