About Yuritzy:
Yuritzy (she/ her/ ella) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Somatic Coach for Entrepreneurs. Yuritzy is an eldest daughter first-gen immigrant from Michoacan, Mexico who after years of overworking and burning out in the non-profit world decided to open up her coaching business.
She supports entrepreneurs & change-makers connect to the wisdom of their nervous system and body to create capacity for the life and business they desire. She also helps clients identify their inherent gifts and energetic rhythms to build a business and life they love.
Yuritzy has been a therapist for more than 6 years and is trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Polyvagal Theory, Inner Relationship Focusing, and other somatic tools. She incorporates intergenerational, collective, and systemic trauma analysis and healing. She also uses her intuitive gifts which were passed on to her from her family lineage of healers (body workers, curanderas, and herbalist) originating from Michoacan, Mexico.
