As an Indigenous daughter of the Northern Mariana Islands and a half-Filipino woman, Asia brings a deeply personal and culturally rooted lens to healing. After surviving severe childhood abuse and healing her own depression, anxiety, and cPTSD through holistic modalities, she devoted her life to expanding access to alternative healing, emotional wellness, and mind–body–spirit liberation — both in her community and beyond. Each episode weaves together lived experience, trauma-informed insight, and soul-level reflection. You’ll hear Asia’s personal stories of heartbreak, growth, grief, and expansion, alongside conversations with inspiring guests who embody resilience, embodiment, and aligned living. This is not about perfection or having all the answers — it’s about walking the path together.
