Summer Shred 2023 will take place from 2/27-5/31.
 
This means that the initial assessment starts THIS MONDAY!
 
Here’s what the 7 day initial assessment will entail:
1.) initial questionnaire
2.) initial body composition pictures
3.) initial body fat % testing
4.) 7 day food / drink picture log
5.) 7 days MyFitnessPal food / drink log
 
After the initial assessment is complete, I will assess and create the game plan as to how I am going to get amazing results over the next ~3 months just like I have done for the last 5 years in a row!
 
I want you to get amazing results so that you’re the most confident version of YOU this summer!
