Incoming are the holidays and of course the dreaded diet advertisements for everyone to change everything about themselves in the new year. Not to go too far into a tangent but diets don’t work. If you want to make changes to the way you move, the way you feel, the way you eat…that’s fine. But a restrictive 30 day diet or plans that cut out entire food groups are not likely to be sustainable. So let's bite into a better way to approach the holidays and the start of a new year.
