We cover her newly released cookbook, “Plant Based Cooking for 2” and go over what lead her to eat more plant based meals, how approachable her book is, and of course some general cooking tips as well. She’s not a chef that keeps her secrets close to the chest and at the end, she blows my mind with a tofu hack I’ve already tried twice and loved. I personally really enjoyed a book that keeps an open mind when it comes to how people eat, basically, this book doesn’t should all over you with philosophies or personal beliefs.
