Within the joinery industry, and especially if you've just started out, sometimes it can be hard not to let clients walk all over you, they are the ones paying your bills after all. We often talk to clients that feel as though they're the dog getting wagged by the tail so to speak, with clients changing things last minute, making strange our ridiculous demands, or dates getting changed at the last minute.
