Keith Peterson has more than two decades of experience in technical operations, customer success management, and both product and customer support. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for The National Motor Freight Traffic Association, Inc. (NMFTA)™, he plays a pivotal role in helping to advance the industry through classification and digitization. Prior to his role at NMFTA, Peterson started his career as a driver for TWT Refrigerated Transport, then worked in operations for System Transport and Interstate Distributor Co., all asset-based carriers. He then served in numerous strategic operations positions at Qualcomm and Omnitracs, and most recently held the position of Senior Director of Professional Services at Solera, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Eastern Washington University in Cheney, WA.
