About Donald Dunn During my 20 years I changed in a way I did not know I was changing. I spent 68 months deployed 9 months in Bosnia and the rest was in Iraq and Afghanistan. Most of the time was in Afghanistan. I spent 10 years in the special operations community and lost friends from accidents in training to combat. The years spent alone and the trauma from combat wore on me in ways that I did not know. After getting out of the military I was not the same person. I was angry. I hated myself and was pushing my family away. I began planning to do what I felt was best for my family and that was...

PURPOSE FOR COMPANIES For the past 20 years, I have helped over 400 CEOs transition from traditional management to the focus, employee motivation/retention and sales benefits of being purpose-driven organizations. CEOs use my simple, 3-step process that starts with defining the ONE thing that makes their organization uniquely remarkable – in 7 words or less. This becomes the company's purpose, and it is used to design how it will be managed and how it will communicate. This is how you make a company consistently and sustainably uniquely remarkable. Here is a short video that illustrates this...

About Donald Dunn

During my 20 years I changed in a way I did not know I was changing. I began planning to do what I felt was best for my family and that was take my life. I felt the insurances money was better than having me around. Between some events that lead up to a boiling point my life erupted in one day. I was dealing with PTSD, a Struggling business, and a person I could not stand myself. On this one day I did the worse thing a father could do that has lead myself to a point of becoming rock bottom and between desperation and a veteran friend I was able to get help. I have spent the next several years trying to improve myself. I started a podcast highlighting veterans with their struggles and accomplishments. I have also started a Non-Profit that started from the podcast in 2023. I discovered how many veterans were still out there fighting to reach their dreams, but fighting demons at the same time. I also learned that life after the military does not play by the rules we are use to. This lead to Heroes Voices Media Foundation. We have built a radio station playing and promoting veterans musicians who want to be full time musicians. We know how healing music is and its not surprising the therapy that comes from it. Seeing veterans walk away from dreams is sad, however walking away from a form of therapy that helps them and they are passionate about is a tragedy. My goal is to tell the world about our 3 Programs that we are building. Gun Room Radio is complete, We are building our Podcasting and streaming program now called Military United Podcasting Streams "MUPS" and shortly after will come Warrior Words a program to help Authors and Bloggers and Article Writers. All of these are forms of media as well as forms of therapy. I would love to come on and share my story as well as share with your listeners the benefits of our programs and make them aware of amazing music and content that they can discover for free. I have a small following between my podcast Social and my Radio station Social we are about 13k followers. Our Radio station gets another 1500 listeners a month. I am willing to share the interview with my listeners as well.
