In this episode, I’m breaking down how to stop letting other people’s opinions control you, and why being rattled by feedback isn’t a confidence issue, it’s a nervous system and identity issue. When you don’t know who you are or trust yourself deeply, disapproval feels like danger. One comment can send you into anxiety, overthinking, spiraling, or self-doubt. Amanda went from a teen mom who lost herself in motherhood to a woman who reclaimed her identity, broke free from the emotional chains of childhood, and built a life she's excited to wake up to.

For years, she wore taking care of everyone else like a badge of honor, drowning in overwhelm and shoulding all over herself. She believed sacrificing yourself as a mom was just the way life was—until she discovered a better way.

Breathwork found her during her dad’s passing, and everything shifted. She realized mindset work alone wasn’t enough—she had to heal her nervous system, set real boundaries, and release the emotional weight keeping her stuck.

Now, as The Boundary Queen, she helps moms regulate their nervous systems through breathwork and set boundaries like a boss— so you can stop living for everyone else and find YOU again.
