[07:08] We just wrapped up our first EOS Focus day of the year with our leadership team and identified our rocks.
[08:05] EOS breaks your business down to six basic things.
[08:30] 1. Vision. 2. People. 3. Data. 4. Processes 5. Problems or rocks. 6. Traction. All of these things in line create traction.
[09:49] The 5 leadership abilities. Simplify. Delegate and elevate. Great leaders are able to predict. Systemize. To create structure.
[18:10] To break through your ceiling you need to do these five things: simplify your process, delegate and elevate your team, predict problems before they blow up, systemize your business, and structure your team for success.
