Jillian Pransky is an international yoga and meditation teacher, author, and yoga therapist who has taught at Omega Institute, Kripalu, and numerous mindfulness centers worldwide. She has studied with Pema Chödrön for more than 25 years and brings together somatic wisdom, neuroscience, and heartfelt storytelling in her work. Her teachings have been featured in The New York Times, O: The Oprah Magazine, and Yoga Journal.
