Is fitness a part of your lifestyle?
This episode focuses on my lifelong fitness journey and how decisions I've made from the time I was a child have affected my mindset surround fitness today. I also share my "whys" behind continuing to exercise (they probably aren't what you're thinking) and my thoughts on whether females should lift weights.
While this is more of a biographical episode, my hope is that by sharing my fitness journey with you, it will motivate you to give some thought to your current fitness routine (or lack thereof), and walk away feeling better about your choices or inspired to make a few new ones.
