This is for fan experiences, participant experiences, designing and providing experiences for any consumers of sport and active experiences. Whether that be the experiences they have before during and after events, across programs and seasons, or in one off sessions, and whether that be game or match days, tours, tournaments, training sessions or in their workouts we are all providing AN experience.
And the experiences that we provide that will decide whether these people want to sign up, the experience that they share, and whether they want show up again.
And I think we all know there are lots of things we all need to achieve, and lots of different ways of doing it, but ultimately I think we know that the experiences we provide will decide if we are successful or not in our work, or not!
So welcome to the show, I do hope this helps you create more valuable, meaningful and manageable experiences, and that you can have even more influence with the experiences you provide.
