I've been walking a TON lately and it's been saving my sanity. Walking is underrated in my opinion, and it's often treated like a consolation prize or "exercise lite." True, it's not a sweaty fast workout but it's really, really good for us - mentally and physically. Plus, it's a great excuse to plow through podcasts and audiobooks. Check out some recommendations I've loved recently toward the end. 

Also, full length episode will be released on Friday morning this week instead of Thursday, and on Fridays in the future!
