We’ve kept almost everything the same – the jerky IS the same. Scott trained us on the recipes and we’ve been making it at the same kitchen – Proud Mitten Shared Kitchen in Plymouth, MI. We did change the logo just a bit… we gave the “D” in Detroit just a little bit of Olde English flava to make it a bit more Detroit, but other than that it’s the same plant-based, protein-packed, gluten-free deliciousness you’ve come to know and love.
