info_outlineIs competition healthy?
A question we dive deep into with Harriet Short, The Balletic Yogi.
Having danced from a young age, Harriet grew up in the dance world bubble.
From competitions to shows and auditions, she understood early on the demands of dance on her body and her mentality.
Harriet has an MA in choreography from Trinity Laaban Conservatoire, having had her choreographic work shown at Siobhan Davies studios.
Harriet is now focussing on helping create a bridge between Ballet and Yoga to help bring balance, reduce pressure and incorporate rest.
