NBC wants a new Murder, She Wrote and so CBS looking at a new version of Charmed doesn’t seem so strange. Meanwhile, How I Met Your Mother is ending next May but a spin-off could follow next season. Comedy Central has renewed three of their TV series — Brickleberry, Key & Peele, andDrunk History — and Lifetime has picked up season six of Drop Dead Diva.
Over on FOX, the network wants more of Dads but less of American Idol and new sitcom Surviving Jack. Sleepy Hollow is ending in January (until next season) while the Kevin Bacon TV show, The Following, is returning.
Netflix says they want a third season of House of Cards but season two hasn’t aired yet. Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles will be back for season seven on Bravo and Catfish: The TV Show will return on MTV.
Farewell to Marcia Wallace of The Bob Newhart Show and The Simpsons. We’ll be saying goodbye to Bart Simpson’s teacher Edna Krabappel as well.
