David W. Brown is a former Navy SEAL and federal special agent whose career spans more than three decades of military and public service. After graduating BUD/S with Class 115, he served with UDT-21 and SEAL Team 4 before transitioning to NCIS and later holding senior leadership roles with the EPA and the Department of the Interior. Now retired as a Senior Executive, David continues to share his story of resilience while advocating for public safety in Sanford, Florida.
