Not only is this podcast full of ways to support kids who are struggling with bullying or not fitting in but also how we can show ourselves and others more compassion. I know we say this all the time, but what if we understood what we know NOW about the power of what makes us different, back when we were tweens and teens? It’s not too late to use these tools and mindset shifts yourself as you also share them with the kids in your life!
