I can't go to Jiu Jitsu because of the Coronavirus. These are privileged problems, but it's how I manage the demons. My quarantine workouts are getting more and more ridiculous and I think one of them made my back explode.

Plenty of people around us are still struggling with the basic social distancing guidelines. I had two confrontations with the worst version of those people this weekend. I'm a bit of a hypocrite too though. I'm struggling with people who react with fear to the point where they lose capacity for basic adult behavior.
