Training in Martial Arts later in life may be difficult for most people but there are some exceptions. Kyobumnim Becky Bartlett is one of those who developed a passion for martial arts at a later age, that is after her third and final child. Growing up in a supportive family, Kyobumnim Bartlett tried a lot of sports and has no intention whatsoever of engaging in martial arts not until one of her children wanted to try taekwondo along with her cousins.
After trying a few sessions, a fire was lit inside her upon discovering that a taekwondo class is way more engaging than a regular workout. As a result, she ended up raising her kids on the mat and found herself training until today.
