In this special edition of the podcast we update you on the current situation in our county regarding the recent fires.

An outstanding effort was made by our County Sheriff Office, the Cal Fire Teams and first responders and firefighters from around the state and with support from out of state teams as well.

The map below shows where the fire  was in relationship to Wine Road members. Soda Rock and Fieldstone wineries were lost in the fire.

Due to the widespread evacuations, we have made the difficult call to cancel Wine and Food Affair 2019.

Ticket holders may opt for a refund, transfer their ticket to a future event or donate the fee to Redwood Empire Food Bank.

Details below--

This is still a work in progress, but we should have this wrapped up to share via Eventbrite by Friday morning (Nov. 1).

We are sorry to say Wine & Food Affair has been canceled for Nov. 2-3.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we have been without power and internet service.

Our office will not be open until next week to respond to your emails, voice mails, and inquiries.

At this point, we hope to address your concerns about refunds and moving forward.

Via Eventbrite we are able to offer you the following options:

1. Transfer your ticket to Winter Wineland, January 18-19, 2020.

The additional $35 you paid for Wine & Food Affair can then be transferred to the Redwood Empire Food Bank as a donation.

2. Keep our ticket as a credit for next year's Wine & Food Affair, scheduled for Nov. 7-8, 2020.

We will provide anyone that selects this option a FREE Wine Road Tasting Pass, for each Wine & Food Affair Ticket they have, to be used anytime (some blackout dates) in the next 12 months. This is a $35 value.

3. Transfer ALL of my ticket money to the Redwood Empire Food Bank as a donation and then receive a promo code for you to save 20% on your next purchase of any of our 3 annual events (discount good on one event, for the same number of tickets you had purchased for Wine & Food Affair).

4. Please send a refund for my entire ticket order.
