These are narratives of the broken and beautiful, the gritty and glorious, the trial and triumph of folks living life from a global perspective. Here are raw, intimate, and, at times, mildly uncensored look into the narratives of people "doing the stuff". Stories from Elsewhere curates stories from elsewhere: geographic, religious, political, philosophical, historical, relationally different locations or positions than your own. It is a humble attempt to extend the head, heart, and hand of generosity to others, to meet them where they are, and to journey down the Path a bit together in a God-glorifying and human-encouraging way.

Four storytelling writers collaborate with Host Gregg Fraley to tell original stories around themes like "Summer Jobs," "Big Lies I've Told," or "Absurdities I Ponder." Musical selections surround the stories, all related to the theme of the episode. The crazy cast of colorful characters includes: Doug Stevenson, former Second City player Mark Maguire, roustabout, taxi driver and biographer Joanna Trotter, memoirist, and, Marijo O'Connell, master teacher and radio exec.
