Wir haben uns entschieden, unsere Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse rund um das Thema Burnout bei Führungskräften und Managern in einer Podcast Serie festzuhalten. Wir, das sind Wibke Regenberg – ehemals selbständige Inhaberin einer Redneragentur und Ulf Kepper – bis 2018 Mitglied des Vorstandes eines internationalen Konzerns. Heute ist Wibke tätig als Burnout-Expertin und gestalttherapeutische Coachin und Ulf als Managementberater, Mentor und Sparringspartner für Führungskräfte. Wir reden hier ganz offen und ehrlich über unsere Burnouterfahrung: Wie wir in unseren Burnout hineingeraten sind, wie sich der Burnout angefühlt hat und was uns geholfen hat, um wieder gesund zu werden. Wir unterhalten uns über die verschiedensten Stressoren, Symptome und Verhaltensweisen, die wir bei uns vor, während und nach unserem Burnout erlebt haben. Wir reden aus der Sicht von Managern über das Thema. Vor allem, wie wir mit dem Burnout in Verbindung mit unserer Aufgabe als Führungskraft umgegangen sind. Wir möchten Dir damit das Gefühl geben, dass Du nicht allein bist mit Deinen Problemen, denn ganz viele Menschen haben die gleichen Themen. Das wissen wir auch aus den vielen Gesprächen mit unseren Klienten. Unser Burnout war für uns beide rückblickend ein Wendepunkt im Leben: Er hat uns geholfen, uns selbst zu reflektieren und hat uns in unserem persönlichen Wachstum sowie Persönlichkeitsentwicklung unterstützt, um letztendlich bessere Führungskräfte zu werden.
