BRIDGE THE GAP: CULTURA GLOW UP
Latinas and Latinos are leaders, changemakers, and pioneers—yet too often, their contributions are overlooked, reduced to stereotypes, or tied solely to immigration status. Bridge The Gap: Cultura Glow-Up is here to shift the narrative and celebrate the power, resilience, and influence of the Hispanic community. Hosted by Liz Carrillo, a trailblazer in civic engagement and advocacy, this podcast spotlights leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and visionaries who are reshaping industries, driving systemic change, and uplifting nuestra comunidad—both locally and beyond. Through inspiring stories, expert insights, and candid conversations, we uncover the journeys of day-to-day community members and trailblazers who are breaking barriers, building businesses, and redefining success—on their own terms. From navigating power structures to amplifying our voices in decision-making spaces, this podcast equips you with the confidence and connections to step into your own influence. This isn’t just about success—it’s about empowerment, unity, and rewriting the story of Latinos in America. Because our community is so much more than an immigration status—we are leaders, innovators, and a vital force in shaping this country’s future. This is also a space for those who may not fully understand our culture to gain a new perspective—to see the Latino experience through a different lens and appreciate the richness, resilience, and contributions of the Hispanic community. Every story shared is a testament to our strength, resilience, and the pursuit of the American dream. It’s time to step forward, claim our space, and glow up together.
BRIDGE TO BEING
Welcome to the intersection of creativity and spirituality, a pilgrimage through time and space with Lobsterbird. Here, entrepreneurship is a holistic spiritual path, where travel, art, energy, and healing weave together, creating a space for presence, inspiration, and transcendence – a Bridge to Being. Welcome to the state that exists between worlds. Cultural anthropologist Victor Turner calls it liminality, where one thing is in a state of transitioning: “Liminal entities are neither here nor there; they are betwixt and between.” Buddhists have the Bardo. Catholics have Purgatory. As a lobsterbird (½ lobster, ½ bird, ½ Asian, ½ Western, ½ a dweller in this society, ½ time spent in creative realms of flow), I live in and embody this state. In fact, I believe we, as humans, are the bridge between the earth and the heavens, and it is through our acts of creativity that we manifest this glorious world of forms. In this podcast, I explore this multitude of forms, taking you along on my own adventures through space, exploring the transitions where we can rest and find something out about our true nature.

BRIDGES WITH PATSY CLAIRMONT AND ANDREW GREER
As a Boomer I love to talk. Turns out, so does my chatty Millennial co-host. And our favorite way to connect with one another, and hopefully help others connect with each other, is by building conversational bridges. No matter what end of the generational bridge you currently land on, we hope you will join us as we converse with some of our finest “skyscraper” friends who are making inspirational verbal and written differences in our ever-expanding, and ever-connected world. This is Bridges with Patsy Clairmont and Andrew Greer … Spiritual Connections Through Generational Conversations.
