Un jurado ha absuelto a un hombre que fue arrestado por ICE por remolcar el vehículo de un agente porque éste estaba estacionado ilegalmente. (…) We stand behind the charges and would file them again if he engages in the same conduct,” implying that ICE would arrest and charge someone for doing something that they knew was not illegal.

It says: “If you choose to seek a hearing with an immigration judge or indicate a fear of returning to your country you can expect the following: you will be detained in the custody of the US Government for a prolonged period of time.” It also says that the child’s sponsor may be arrested and deported if they do not have legal status, or prosecuted “or aiding the child’s entry, and adds that if the child turns 18 in government custody they will be turned over to ICE for deportation. The document also tells the child that there will be “no administrative consequences” for self-deporting, and that they may be able to apply for a visa later if they do so. However, this is misleading, as a path to legal status after deportation is almost impossible.

To add to the mystery and confusion, a viral image on social media depicts Ostrovsky having fake blood applied to his head by an artist, implying that he was merely acting, but it was eventually determined that this image was generated by AI. In his actual photo he posted during the shooting, Ostrovsky is seen with blood covering his face and with a bandage on his head. Many medical professionals have pointed out that it is standard procedure to clean the blood from the patient before applying bandages.

In an effort to establish a new youth wing fully under their control, the AtP leadership established Generation Germany at the conference in Giessen. 1,000 party leaders were expected to attend, but only about 300 were at the event, as thousands of protesters blocked roads and fought with police and AfD supporters.

However, this didn’t stop President Trump from blaming former President Biden for the shootings. When asked about this in a press conference, Trump responded to the reporter, “Are you stupid? Are you a stupid person? Because they came in on a plane along with thousands of other people that shouldn’t be here, and you’re just asking questions because you’re a stupid person.” The Trump administration has ordered further crackdowns on immigration, and has sent 500 more National Guard soldiers to Washington D.C. since the shooting.

Without another event that forces negotiations, these prisoners are likely to remain there for the rest of their lives with no contact to the outside world. A recent investigation by The Guardian found that one of these prisons is holding dozens of detainees in total isolation in an underground jail.

On Sunday, Tomer-Yerushalmi went missing for several hours, leaving behind a suicide note. However, she was found the next day, and arrested on suspicion of attempting to fake her own suicide in order to destroy her phone and the incriminating evidence on it.
