Perfect Chocolate Birthday Cake Recipe and Step-by-Step Instructions: Ingredients: • For the Cake: • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour • 2 cups granulated sugar • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda • 1 teaspoon salt • 2 large eggs • 1 cup whole milk • 1/2 cup vegetable oil • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract • 1 cup boiling water (or hot coffee for extra flavor) • For the Ganache: • 8 ounces dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa), chopped • 1 cup heavy cream • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) • A pinch of sea salt (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat the Oven: • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans. 2.
