Reflect and Reset: Rhythms and Postures
We have loved talking about all of the things in this reflect and reset series. Perhaps, one of our favorites is this little diddy right here...rhythms and postures. How do we orient ourselves for the push and pull? The give and take? Do you have a rhythm of slowing down when coming off of a busy season? Are there postures or practices you hold around certain anniversaries? Olivia Pelts breaks this down a bit in this episode helping you to get a fuller picture of what your rule of life might be for this coming year... Check it out... Olivia will give you some helpful questions to consider in figuring out what your priorities are and in the coming episodes, she'll help you develop a plan on how to execute. Check it out...
