You’ll hear from mental health experts, thought-leaders, people with lived-experience, celebrities, influencers, and everybody in between. Couched in Color is hosted by Dr. Alfiee Breland-Noble, an internationally recognized psychologist, author, and mental health correspondent. She is also the Founder of The AAKOMA Project, a 501©3 nonprofit organization that works to address the unmet mental health needs of intersectional youth and young adults of color (including LGBTQ youth and those with disabilities).
