Create Seven

Create Seven is driven by the purpose to develop and enable leaders to create a more sustainable society. It is in the process of becoming a not-for-profit ‘Community Benefit Society’ run as a co-operative and owned by the community of leaders who engage in the modules and programmes. Our collective decisions create our society. Rather than being passive consumers, we believe everyone can be an active citizen. In doing so, everyone becomes a leader and, together, we can create a better future. Whether we work in an organisation or not, we are all leaders. So if we want to create a better future, and more sustainable society, we all need to develop to our highest stages and practice new leadership. Our podcasts challenge the perspectives of old leadership and explore the attributes of new leadership and how they can be developed.
