This podcast explores and challenges the view that only people at the top of organisations are the leaders. We then introduce the idea that the problems faced by organisations today are too complex for one brain to find an effective solution. Therefore, solutions today need to be co-created. This creates the space for everyone to be a leader. We finish the podcast by arguing the best leaders will be those who can provide the conditions and space for other people to co-create the future.
