Lets take a break from resume writing, key word optimizing, interviewing, job seeking, and networking for just a moment to talk about how this time we unexpectedly find ourselves with after being laid off might be the opportunity to do the things we have always wanted to do, but have putting off until "work wasn't so busy." On each episode in this four part series, I will be introducing you to the experts and trailblazers in the fields of book publishing, public speaking, entrepreneurship, and gap life living. Together we are going to talk about why now might be the perfect time to write a book or start a zoo, why these things might be the differentiator you need in a candidate saturated market to catch a recruiting or hiring managers attention, and why they might be more realistic than you think to accomplish. In Part One we talk to personal brand specialist, media insider, and publisher Doug Crowe. His company, Author your brand, has launched over 500 books to #1 bestseller status by leveraging a business owners experience into a page-turning legacy book.
