Feel Better Now is a weekly show where award winning health expert, Functional Nutritionist & CEO of the Global Feel Better Institute, Jackie Bowker offers guidance on how to improve your gut health and balance your body by improving your mind, microbiome and nutrition. We are more bacteria than we are DNA and most of us are walking around with a 'leaky' gut - by rebuilding our gut and reducing inflammation in our body we reduce our risk of disease and have more energy, more vitality to live out our purpose.
