Michele Ramler works to empower women of all ages to embrace their body (flaw and all). As a competitive cheerleader for about 10 years Michele's body image was strong thanks to her mother who never let her have negative self talk. Fast Forward to college when Michele made the University of Oklahoma cheerleading team she started have feelings of self doubt and struggled to fit in with this group. Michele shares her story of how she stepped into the gym and where her journey began to where she is today. Now, a Physical Education, personal trainer and group fitness instructor and coach, Michele embraces what she calls, the 'wonder woman mentality.' Originally from Oklahoma, Michele started as an international physical education teacher to see the world and better understand different cultures. She taught in the UK, Bangkok, Thailand, and is currently teaching PE and coaching Cheerleading in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Michele inspires so many to take on a healthy lifestyle, bringing her knowledge from all over the world and her personal experience into the lives of those she works with. In addition, Michele runs various "body image" seminars to educate young girls about the dangers of Photoshop and highly edited photos on social media. She also teaches them what a healthy and nutritious eating lifestyle and workout program looks like. Allie started her fitness journey 4 and she absolutely fell in love with it. Her "love" for it got a a little carried away at a point where she became obsessed with being "perfect" that is with exercise and nutrition. She followed strict plans and would stick with them no matter how crazy it was. . Finally, when she came off the plan and would binge eat until feeling sick, day after day. Because of being so restricted on the plan her mind and body were starving. Allie would compensate for her binges by not letting herself eat at all for a day or two. She knew she had to "control" herself because her binges felt so out of control. . Allie finally hit a point last year where she decided to pursue eating disorder recovery. Allie shares her story of recovery as her first homework assignment was to eat a doughnut a day! . Eve Guzman, is a Medical Laboratory Scientist through the American Society of Clinical Pathology, has a B.S in Biology and has a MBA in Health Care. She is a certified Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer through the International Association of Sports Science. Over the past ten years, she conquered obesity. Her Highest weight was 277 lbs. Eve had been overweight all my life. She toggled between a size 14 and 20 as a teenager. She gained 85 lbs. during her first pregnancy. Eve researched how to create a healthy weight loss diet for myself with low fat meals and healthy shakes. She bought a taebo video and started working out at home. She found creative ways to cook healthy foods and journaled all of my food. Once she lost 40 lbs, Eve got a gym membership and started walking, running and using the elliptical machine. It took her about 16 months. Eve gained 35 lbs. during the second pregnancy and lost all the weight in 3 months plus additional weight bringing her total weight loss to 158 lbs. She become a health coach for Herbalife International in January 2014. Eve lost half her body weight by April 2014 and was featured in PEOPLE Magazine’s "Half Their Size Annual Issue" in January 2015. After the feature she become a certified Sports Nutritionist and became a boot camp and group fitness instructor. She created G-Transformation LLC with her husband Randall Guzman in April 2015. Eve has been coaching people on nutrition plans since 2014 as a Herbalife Health Coach. She has helped her clients lose a combined +5,000 lbs. Seventeen year old Natalie Hampton is a Los Angeles high school senior, anti-bullying activist, app developer, and the CEO of a non-profit called Sit With Us, Inc. Natalie was severely bullied in middle school, and was forced to eat lunch alone nearly every day. After she switched schools, and quickly fell in with a great friend group, she would invite anyone who was eating alone to join her lunch table. Those people became not only her friends, but friends with everyone in the group, and were invited to social gatherings. She saw that one simple act of kindness made a big difference in their lives. This inspired her to create the Sit With Us mobile app, which serves as a free lunch planning tool for middle and high school kids so that no one has to eat lunch alone. Kids can use the app’s features to coordinate lunches with their friends. They can also volunteer to be Sit With UsAmbassadors for their schools and post open lunch events on campus so that anyone looking for a table to join can find one. The app has been featured by Apple under “New Apps We Love” in the App Store, has been downloaded by 100,000+ people in eight countries worldwide, has won numerous awards, and has garnered the attention and acclaim of international media and press. Natalie recently was named 1 of 25 Women Changing the World by People Magazine. This past summer, she won the Outstanding Youth Delegate Award from the United Nations Youth Assembly, and was given the privilege to speak from the podium in the Great Assembly Hall about the importance of a peaceful and inclusive society. She has also been an invited keynote speaker at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, TEDxTeen London, and many conferences, including “Girls Can Do” (Washington D.C.), Renaissance Weekend (Charleston), and Say NO Bullying (Los Angeles). Recognizing the effectiveness of her solution, six prominent anti-bullying organizations are partnering with Natalie, including Born This Way Foundation, PACER, and Champions Against Bullying, and her non-profit has received grants from corporations such as Disney, Samsung, and the Learning Channel.
